The episode also features undefeated co-main event fighter Holly Holm, who is expected to face Ronda Rousey down the line. Holm is a former pro boxer who was nominated for an ESPY Award in 2008 for "best fighter."

Wrestling Inc will have full live coverage of UFC 184 starting with the preliminary bouts at 7 pm eastern.

- In addition to the UFC Heavyweight Title unification bout, UFC 188 in Mexico received another big boost as Gilbert Melendez will be squaring off with Eddie Alvarez. UFC also announced a about between #5-ranked women's strawweight fighter Tecia Torres and #13 Angela Hill.

Melendez, a former Strikeforce champion, looks to get back into the title picture by defeating former Bellator champion Eddie Alvarez. Alvarez left Bellator last year while still champion, but lost his UFC debut to Donald Cerrone.

- Ronda Rousey bit back sternly at a reporter who questioned weather the all-female headlined UFC 184 could be a bad thing for women if it failed on pay-per-view. Rousey spoke out at the media conference call the UFC held earlier this week

"You asking the question really proves that there ain't equality for women yet," Rousey said. "If they put up a men's 125-pound main and co-main event, people wouldn't be asking the question, 'if this doesn't sell well, we might just get rid of the whole men's division.' Why are we still even asking this question? Do you remember the last time you asked that question to a guy?" Rousey said.

Rousey went on to stay that she wants to remove all of the stigma's associated with smaller fighters and female fighters.

"You know what, lighter divisions are a turn off for some people, but you don't ask them about that. 'Oh, don't people just want to see heavyweights?' Your kind of opinion is the thing that we're trying to change. You are what we need to change about this culture," said Rousey.
